Returns are only accepted while the courier is present.
Please make sure to check your order carefully before the courier leaves, as returns will not be accepted afterward.

Exchanges are available within 5 days of receiving the order by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Orders cannot be split or include multiple sizes/items for selection. The order must be received or returned in full.

Discounted items can only be returned while the courier is present and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping takes 4 to 7 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays).
